This is a request for help from Jeff O’Donnell. He has set up a system in which Americans can help, and right from your keyboard. The system he set up, the Polaris Recount System. Here is his request:
I am going to try one more time to get interest in my Polaris Recount System.
I designed Polaris in late 2021 to allow for crowd-sourced recounting of counties in which we have ballot images. Basically, you sign up, log in, and start judging the votes on ballot images you see randomly. Takes almost no time at all. Every ballot image is judged by multiple people and if they don’t match, additional people see it until consensus is made. Volunteer auditors judge as many or few as they want. Some are addicted, comparing it to a video game.
We have completed a couple counties but we need… and I expected… thousands of people from across the country who constantly ask “what can I do?”. Didn’t happen. We got a couple hundred pretty darned dedicated people. Out of 80 million or more Trump supporters.
I have maybe 10 counties who got me their ballot images and have likely given up hope in me at this point. If we can get the kind of response we should get, these could be knocked out in a few months.
