Venezuela, Socialism the face of Bernie Sanders world

Venezuela is now in full turmoil due to a socialistic dictator running the country. This is the face of Bernie Sanders world, if he were to implement his ideas as a candidate. It’s a good thing that he didn’t win the presidency of the United States.

The Associated Press has been reporting that food shortages, fuel shortages and government controls on demonstrations are far and wide throughout the country.

Caracas (AFP) – Venezuelan riot police fired tear gas and rubber bullets for a second day Thursday to break up protests by President Nicolas Maduro’s opponents, further inflaming tensions after Wednesday’s deadly unrest.

The clashes erupted as police in the beleaguered oil-rich nation tried to break up thousands of marchers as they reached a vital Caracas freeway, edging back slightly as masked protesters pelted them with stones and Molotov cocktails.

Demonstrators vowed not to flinch in their campaign to oust Maduro, despite three weeks of violent protest that has seen eight people killed, three of them on Wednesday.

“Sure we’re tired, but we’ve got to stand strong. I’m ready to take to the streets every day if I have to,” said 22-year-old student Aquiles Aldazoro.

Venezuela Economic Crisis 2017

This is what you get when the GOVERNMENT CONTROLS all aspects of a nation’s economy! The kids of the United States need to learn this lesson. This is the reality of SOCIALISM!

This is also a very good defense for the 2nd Amendment (A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.)

That’s freedom of the right to own guns for those in California or in Universities.

The government said it was due to an attack by armed gangs, but the opposition blamed it on tear gas used to quell unrest.
The opposition called for new protests, a “march of silence” in all parts of the country on Saturday and a national road blockage on Monday.

Protesters blame Maduro — heir of the leftist “Bolivarian revolution” launched by the late Hugo Chavez in 1999 — for an economic crisis marked by severe shortages of food, medicine and basic goods.

Maduro says the protests seeking to oust him are supported by Washington.

This is what socialist dictators do; they blame other groups, governments or the people for the problems they created. Mis-information by control of the media and sweeping aside THEIR part in the problems is basic modus operandi.

Maduro will not go peacefully; this guy needs to be taken out by a revolution.

Nowhere in this article is the word “socialism” mentioned. For the last century the inevitable failure of socialist policies has been the leading cause of poverty, unrest, death and destruction wherever people have been foolish enough to believe that something can be obtained for nothing.

Sadly, it is now Venezuela’s turn to learn this hard lesson from history. It’s time for the people of Venezuela to grow up and stop believing that the state is a super Santa Claus who can deliver free stuff every day.

GO PEOPLE of Venezuela!!
