Judge Royce Lamberth on Tuesday denied the release of Jacob Chansley, the “Q Shaman” who has been sitting in jail for nearly 6 months for non-violent charges connected to the January 6 Capitol riot. Jacob did not cause any violence, he listened to officers and he was let in the building by Capitol Hill police.
Chansley is charged with Civil Disorder, Obstruction of an Official Proceeding, Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building, Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building, Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct in a Restricted Building, and Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

Here’s the problem, this judge has done something like this before, he has agreed with the Federal government on several occasions. The fact that he is no flight risk or a real danger out of jail escapes many….. He has also denied others that are still sitting in jail.
