Somehow this doesn’t seem legitimate to me, however, an attorney for Ray Epps, a man seen on video wearing a Trump hat during January 6, says that his client has been informed by federal law enforcement officials that they intend to charge him in connection with the events of that day.
Considering there are several in JAIL already that did far, far, far less…….. this is just a distraction.
