On the floor of the US House of Representatives at the capital, Republican Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) stood up and made a speech to implore his fellow representatives to follow his logic. His argument is that the bill on the table is a chalked full of crap, MORE money and MORE spending…. on everything! He was speaking to both sides, even pointing to republicans.
