With the TV ratings going down little by little, but not real fast, there’re still plenty of suckers in the stands paying their hard earned money to support those who insult them….go figure.
Some of the pictures reported on during the weekend for Chicago versus Carolina, in Chicago’s Soldier Field where are you can see that there are many seats not filled. Other home games like the Cleveland Brown’s, show even a worse attendance.
Other notable teams having home games were the Miami dolphins and the San Francisco 49ers.
The NFL and the sports media are claiming that this is not because of the on-field protest, but rather the poor matchups being played on TV. Other football Pondens also claim that because of these teams with losing records are also the reason for the low attendance.
Many commenters have suggested that the upcoming holiday for Veterans Day be a day of NFL fans to protest. Which means they would like for people to not show up to games and see if we can get 100% non-attendance at the games.
