In his first major speech to America and to congress, Donald Trump laid out his plans for the future of the United States. In the Joint Address to Congress, the Democrats showed what animal their party represents, quite clearly, an ASS or JACKASS. Either one fills the description from their behavior and demeanor.
They don’t have to clap or cheer on everything, but I would think that we have at LEAST some things in common that were brought up during his speech.
- Standing up for killed veterans.
- Anti-Semitism towards the Jewish communities.
- Protecting Americans.
These sort of things I would think we Americans all have in common. But, we don’t.
President Donald Trump had Democrats reacting as he hit on some of favorite topics during his first speech to Congress.
Trump’s talk about draining the swamp and his Homeland Security office dedicated to the victims of illegal immigrants really had Democratic legislators going.

They responded sarcastically when Trump touted his Victims Of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE) office within the Department of Homeland Security.
‘We must support the incredible men and women of law enforcement. And we must support the victims of crime,’ Trump had said. ‘I have ordered the Department of Homeland Security to create an office to serve American victims.’
Democrats – some of whom brought illegal immigrants as their guests – audibly complained as Trump gave his VOICE office a mention.
The Democrats were furious about the removal of Obamacare, some gave the Thumbs down to show disapproval. Even when evidence was given for it’s total failure.
Some of them laughed out loud when the president bragged that he has ‘begun to drain the swamp of government corruption.’

Others gasped in audible disbelief when he announced the formation of a government department to assist victims of illegal-immigrant criminals.

Trump made appeal after appeal for bipartisan cooperation, but Democrats were anything but unanimously receptive.
