The NBC “TODAY” show co-anchor Matt Lauer will “moderate” the first-ever Commander-in-Chief Forum on Wednesday, September 7, presented by NBC News and MSNBC with the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.
First, let’s enlighten the readers, Matt Lauer gave money to The Clinton Global Initiative. It lists Lauer as a “notable member” just years ago however, NBC’s press release does not disclose this fact.
This is going to be a one hour live forum that will have the candidates taking questions on national security, military affairs and veterans issues from NBC News and an audience, that will consist mainly of military members, both active and veterans.
But not to worry, Hillary will provide Matt Lauer the questions she wants to answer.
