Non-US Citizen, Bono gives advice to US Congress

Bono-U2-at Congress

So on April 12, 2016, the US Senate allows a Singer-Songwriter from U2, Bono to come and give his “professional opinion” about what the United States should do with our money to help the European community and the middle east.  Are you fricken kidding me?

A hearing took place for lawmakers to put the final touches on a new spending plan that may include steep international aid cuts.  We’ll see about that, I can see the US giving away millions of dollars for really no return… What a joke!

Here is from his Wiki page:

Paul David Hewson, known by his stage name Bono, is an Irish singer-songwriter, musician, venture capitalist, businessman, and philanthropist. He is best known as the lead vocalist of rock band U2. Bono was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland.

“Bozo” requests that we essentially provide a “Marshall Plan” much like we did in the 1940’s after World War II, but now in 2016 to the Middle East.

Here is the description of the Marshall Plan below.

The Marshall Plan (officially the European Recovery Program, ERP) was an American initiative to aid Western Europe, in which the United States gave $13 billion (approximately $130 billion in current dollar value as of August 2015) in economic support to help rebuild Western European economies after the end of World War II. The plan was in operation for four years beginning in April 1948.

Yeah, listen to him, he doesn’t want to spend his money!  Breitbart reported more on the details.
