Inventor and software designer Dennis Montgomery, a CIA/DOD/DHS/NSA/FBI contractor turned whistleblower, alerted the FBI director James Comey’s office back in 2015 of impropriety. Dennis has over 45 years as a computer scientist, developed software programs, computer hardware and medical devices. Dennis engaged in software development and wrote software on Data Compression, Anomaly Detection, Pattern Recognition, and Tracking Technology for analyzing massive amounts of electronic data. Dennis had a TS/SCI security clearance back in 2004. He developed HAMMER and SCORCARD for these agencies for the good of the nation, however, it seems they used it for political and personal gain. He in-lies the problem.
HAMMER is a super surveillance system Dennis designed and built as a foreign surveillance tool to spy on terrorists and other foreign adversaries harvest domestic surveillance data on anyone.
SCORECARD is an application on HAMMER that changes votes at a certain point in the voting stream that switches 3% of the votes.
Operation “THE HAMMER” is one of the worst scandals in American history, yet unknown. The Deep State CIA operators used it in the 2020 elections. The CIA powerful supercomputer system known as THE HAMMER with its application SCORECARD was deployed to steal the 2020 election from President Donald J. Trump.
Proof of the SCORECARD or something like it was used on election night and proven on this site with video evidence.
Using the HAMMER and with the help of FBI Director Robert Mueller, CIA Director John Brennan, and Director of Intelligence James Clapper, they spied on over 20 million Americans. This illegal surveillance included members of Congress, Supreme Court, 159 federal judges, FISA court judges, Wall Street executives, and others for blackmail and leverage. Dennis Montgomery tried many times to ALERT the proper authorities using the proper channels, so it seemed. But it he was met with covert actions against him to prevent the release of this information.
This led Dennis Montgomery to take 47 hard drives of this illegal domestic surveillance. He unsuccessfully tried to obtain whistleblower protection. Montgomery was forced to return his 47 hard drives to FBI Director James Comey who then covered up all these crimes. In August of 2015, Montgomery turned over to the FBI 47 hard drives that contained over 600 million pages of illegally harvested domestic surveillance data. Included in those 47 hard drives was illegally harvested information on Donald Trump, General Michael Flynn, and their families.

For more information on his declaration of the proof to the court, it has been submitted to a Nevada State Court. He states, under oath of perjury if not correct, a statement of fact of how he is involved, what he knows and how he knows it.
